These Terms of Service govern your use of the website advancedintegration-automation.com and the services provided by Advanced Integration & Automation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Advanced Integration & Automation provides website design, development, e-commerce solutions, and related digital services. Our service packages and pricing are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our website, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected package and any add-ons. Monthly subscription packages are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. One-time purchases are billed once at the time of order. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
Project Process
After your purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours to begin your project. You agree to provide any necessary content, images, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines.
Revisions
Each package includes the revisions specified in the package description. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be purchased as an add-on. Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide to us does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Hosting and Domain
Website hosting and domain registration are separate from our design services unless specifically included in your package. You are responsible for maintaining your own hosting account and domain registration.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription packages include ongoing hosting and maintenance. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Ron@2bcreations.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work that has been approved by the client.
Limitation of Liability
Advanced Integration & Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Website Availability
While we strive to ensure your website remains accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or circumstances beyond our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to host or distribute malicious software, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward our staff, or use of our services for illegal purposes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
